Avocado, Eggs & Beans

Sourdough toast with avocado and baked beans is a delicious and nutritious breakfast or brunch option that will leave you feeling satisfied and energised. Ingredients:
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1 Avocado
- Sourdough Bread
- Baked Beans
Instructions:
- Fry the eggs or pouch
- Cook the beans (pan or microwave)
- Slice and toast the sourdough
- Whilst the beans & eggs are cooking mash up the Avocado
- Once the toast is ready spread the Avocado on the toast, sprinkle with some salt & pepper
- Lay the eggs on the toast and then add the beans
